August Mini mighty man

I was also there doing my first Tri, i thought it was good. Only thing i did not like was running in the grass but not really a big deal. When will they post results ?? 

I was there too.  This was my second mini-sprint and alot of fun.  It seemed like there were alot first timers/very new people like myself, so I was impressed at how organized it was and how enthusiastic the volunteers and staff were.

I just checked and the results are up this morning.  Congrats to all who raced! 

I was also impressed with the organization.  I wish that they had marked the finish and second lap area on the run course a bit better though.  I ran the wrong way on the way out.  Everyone out there did a great job.

I DID IT AND REALLY ENJOYED GIVING IT ALL AS THE RACE WAS SHORT. I THINK THERE IS SOME ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING NEXT APRIL AND AUGUST.

ARE THERE ANY TRIATHLON CLUBS ON LONG ISLAND THAT ANYONE KNOWS OF? I LIVE IN MANHASSET AND WAS HOPING TO FIND SOME TRAINING PARTNERS FOR WINTER AND INTO NEXT YEAR.
