Subject: Boulders, CO- Training for vacationers

I am going to be vacationing in the Boulder/Arvada area. Looking to see if you can direct me to some nice scenic for running and mountain biking in Boulder. Also, where is a good place to rent mountain bikes. Thanks!

For rental I'd look at University Bicycles or Bicycle Village. I am not a mountain biker (although I do own one) so I won't be of any help there. And, I've just moved back up north here and still discovering running trails myself but I know there are others around here. You might post in the Colorado Forum as well so that it doesn't get lost here.
