stepped on rock during trail run

Today I was running a trail and twisted my left foot.  I was able to finish the run fine.  Anyways, now my left foot is a little uncomfortable.  I am able to walk fine, but I feel a little pressure at the top part of my foot.  I do not believe it was an ankle sprain cause it seems lower.  I can do toe raises and calf raises fine.  I did go out and job 1 mile on it later on and was able to jog...but could feel a little discomfort.  any ideas??
