Subject: Visiting Boulder/Arvada- any trail and rental suggestions?
I will be visiting the Boulder and Arvada area this next week for about 5 days.  Any suggestions for running/mtb trails in the Boulder area?  Also, any good mtb rental shops in Boulder?  Any suggestions would help.  Thanks a million.

University Cycles in Boulder rents bikes, i think they are pretty decent if i remember correctly.
