Let's see - group ride or inlaws in town from Wisconsin...I'm going to have to think on this.  Of course if everyone comes over to my house this weekend to finish building the retaining wall I would definitely be free to join the ride.  Any takers?  I'll supply beer and cheese.

If they're bringing in some suds from Lakefront Brewery along with some smoked string cheese and maybe some Usinger's sausage (would it be too much to ask for some secret sauce?), you might just have a taker! Oh, how I miss my days at Marquette. But not the cold/wind. Not even a little.

Secret Sauce..I forgot about asking them to bring some...I think they actually sell it at a few grocery stores in Milwaukee now.   I know for sure that they are bringing kringles from Racine..and actually I prefer the squeaky cheese....with or without deep frying.   Marquette?  Warrior..Golden Eagle..or as yet to be determined?   You must have had Edwardos stuffed pizza and Saz's ribs then.

Here's who has said they're in:  joeinco, Holliewd, drewb8, infosteward, MikeColorado

Here's the maybe's: stacers, devo27, himself, ericford70

Here's directions:  25 north, to 36 west; exit Foothills parkway (the exit splits into 2 exits...make sure you are in the left of the 2 for Foothills parkway; go 5 miles to Jay Rd; turn left; go straight at light on opposite side of median; first right onto 51st (it's pretty quick after the light); follow to end...you'll see entrace on right; there's a little strip to park in on the side of the entrance...I'll get there early and hopefully there will still be spots open...if not, we'll figure something out!

Lunch is optional afterwards....location TBD!  Keep me posted if your plans change!

I live in S. Denver and it takes me an hour to get to Boulder Rez, so I'd say an hour and a half from the N. end of the Springs....

Like usual, I'm days late to this thread!!

Man, you guys like to sleep in huh?  On Saturday mornings I'm at least 30 miles into my ride by 9am - no wonder you can't find any parking!  So, I spose I could come up early and do a last lap with you guys.  I just checked the website and the route is described not pictured.  Jeez!  So, Cathy is this a course where we can ride steady, or do we have traffic lights and stop signs?  I really want to hook up with the group again, but I'm way behind on the big steady rides.

Please!  Talk me into it!

Look Greg - here are the Top Ten reasons you should come Saturday!

1.We're doing it twice - so you'll get at leat 34 miles in

2. We're starting early enough since I have to drive from freakin' Colorado Springs which is 1:30 away from Boulder. If we started any earlier I'd have to spend the night at the damn park.

Reasons 3-10 You get to see me! There's no better reason than that!

Please!  Talk me into it!

For as much smack-talk you put into the Inspires you leave for me, I'd think you'd WANT to show up, just to see if I can hold over 20 mph...

Brett....the course has 3 lights total and you make a right turn at 2 of them where you don't really have to stop......not bad for 17 mile loop!  It has hills too.  Truly, it's a great course.  come on up, ride early and I'll ride a lap with you before everyone else gets there?

We're meeting at 9am....btw.

Lunch location still undecided, but it won't be subs, just for Ovetta.

AUGH!  I just worked a deal with Silver Mine subs for our next group training at Waneka!

Does anyone else want to meet early?  I would be interested in starting a little early, too, just to get extra laps in...

It's a possibility for me....but I think we should start at 7:30 ish?  Just to be SURE to be back before people show up?  Plus I need to log big miles this weekend.

OK - ditched my other plans.  I'll be there - EARLY!  I'll be on the bike before 7 and I'll come by the parking lot at 9 to see who wants to do a lap.  Guess that means I'll have to miss lunch, but at least I'll get to ride with you!

Anybody wants to meet before 9, let me know.  I'll be there and I'd love the company.

OK, so I'm meeting Brett at 7, we're meeting Joe at 8, and everyone else at 9....guess we better ride 17 mph for sure.

If anyone else is coming early, say so!  Otherwise we'll look for you at 9 at Boulder Rez.

Can everyone who IS coming confirm please!  Just want to make sure we don't leave without someone.

Technically true, but considering that so many of us have other plans that day, or later that day, this is about the best we can work out for now.  I propose that we discuss our next group ride this Saturday, so we can start making appropriate arrangements.

I also propose that we discuss the Boulder Peak route, and when we'd like to ride that (for those of us that are doing that race).
