Elite  3602     Mesa, AZ |  Subject: Thursday THRILLS in tha HILLS!Every Thursday Josh and I will be doing an hour of hill repeats either on the AJ hills: (Park on the left of Meridian at the Usery Trailhead) - I know this route is also called Red Mountain - sorry. http://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united-states/az/apache-junction/211125000937310007 Or Red Mountain Loops: (Park at the dirt lot on your left right as you turn from Thomas onto Recker (by green arrow) http://www.mapmyride.com/route/us/az/mesa/759125000916610510 Anyone and everyone is welcome. 530AM is go time! *Note - will do a 20-30 minute warmup prior to hill repeats. If riding Red Mountian, may climb up into Las Sendas some days, if riding AJ may stay on one hill or vary among the 3. These are not MASSIVE hills, just enough to pop you into Z3-4 for 4-5 minutes. Good intervals. THIS THURSDAY = RED MOUNTAIN LOOPS |

Great ride this morning! The rain ended up making it even better. The headwind on the uphill was another thing entirely though. |

I'll post deets if anyone is interested. I might be riding other 1-1.5 hour rides in this area during the week as well, I'll update accordingly. |
