Subject: Multi-sport Training I had a question about training for 1/2 Ironman or just training in general and playng Hockey once a week.
I skate for 1-1/2 hours per week - Much like interval training (hard efforts - low effort ). I wanted to know if anyone had some suggestions of how to add this to my training regime as it is something I love to do. Would this take the place of one of the other workouts?????????????????????? |
