I'm tapering this week, my wife just left for a 45 min ride on the bike and I'm jealous.  Cry

My taper rides are 45 minutes and I'm almost at the point that I want to go do a good 3 hour ride. But I"ll do that next Sunday in N.H.

I am also in taper mode this week.  Oly race on Saturday and I am extremely excited to do this distance.  I have a few miles to run this week and a bike and a swim or two then I should be able to relax.  My ankle has been bothering me though, so my training might even get a little shorter this week.
