Subject: Swim Fins
I've read in several places that training swimming with fins is a good way to help ankle flexibility.   I went looking for a pair today and was a bit overwhelmed with the number of options.   Does anyone have a brand/style they prefer, and has anyone ever experienced these with larger feet (I wear a size 14 running shoe)?

Thanks in advance!

Go for the orange Speedo ones.

I bought some split fin TYRs when I had to replace my Speedos, but they don't work as well for ankle flexibility.  I've never used those short Zoomer fins, but I suspect they are too short to work much on ankle flexibility.

I bought and used the Zoomer Z2's with good results.  The rubber is a little stiff but not too bad.  If I had to buy new fins I've heard great things in Masters about the Zura Alphas.
