Yahoooo!! My Team in Training fundraising is coming along GREAT!! I just found out today that Toyota in Indiana gave us a corporate sponsorship donation. My individual goal of $4000 has been shattered by the generous friends, family members, employer and local company that I have requested donations from. My total is up to $7700 and I am so excited. All of these funds go to benefit the L&L Society for patients and research. Just wanted to shout it out!

I'll be racing with 14 other triathletes from Indiana in the Memphis in May triathlon ( Memphis, TN , May 23rd). So far the Indiana team has raised about $21,000 as we head towards our goal of $50,000. Look out blood cancers, we're raising money to find a cure! ;-)

That's really fantastic, John. You and your team should be very proud of yourself. I lost a dear friend to bone cancer about 3 years now, although it seems like yesterday. Thank you for racing for her, and her family, and me.

Great job John! I always appreciate those that raise money for cures like that. With my wife having MS, I try to ride in some of the Multiple Sclerosis rides during the year. You can't do a more noble thing that what you have already done...my hat's off to you!
