Subject: Training Peaks Time Duration off
Recently when uploading my workouts from my Garmin 305 to Training Peaks, the time duration of the workout does match what the device or Gar Training Center has. On one of my routes there is 1-2 minute red light I have to stop at, I hit stop on the Garmin at the light and then restart it again when the light turns. Training Peaks is counting that 1-2 minutes as part of my workout(which brings down my pace data), while the Garmin is not. 

Yesterday
Garmin showed my run as 1:12:01
Training Peaks 1:13:41 

Anyone have an idea how fix this?

I get this same thing when importing Garmin into Training Peaks WKO+.  Can be as much as 5-6 mins / hr.

I know Wko+ uses the actual time to calculate your normalized pace as the time "off" at a light is factored in the metablic cost of the run.

I'm not sure if you can address this specifically, you could just log it here :-)

the wierd thing is i have a buddy who has a 305 also. His logs are different then mine for the same exact runs.

I just look at the end time before I shut it off and manually change in in Training Peaks. Mine also uses the total duration even if I stop it in between for a potty break etc.
