It is usually a different ratio of nutrients and ingredients depending on what I have on hand or what activity I was doing, but it typically goes: - Milk filled 2/3 the size of cup. - Whey protein scoop (or half ) mixed in. - Top off with coffee It's quick, easy and affordable.
