Missing times?

Did my first tri two weeks ago and when I checked the results, I was missing my swim time and T1 time. (Well, technically, it looks like my swim time is listed as my T1 time on the site.) Is this a common occurence? Was it maybe a malfunction of the chip? I noticed that there were 4 or 5 other women in my AG who had the same thing going on in the stats.

Sort of lame because even though I wasn't TOO concerned with my times being it was my first, I'd still like to know...ya know?
