Subject: RE: Alternate Swim Exercise/Training Dryland stroke simulation with tension. Do you have access to resistance bands/tubes? Tie or affix the middle of the tube to any stationary object, hold the ends tightly in your hands. Step back to create tension in the bands. Bend forward at the waist, to simulate your position on the water if you were swimming freestyle. With your arms fully extended in front of you, adjust the tension (walk backwards) so that when your hands are fully extended behind you, you have a good/reasonable tension (not overly tight). Then simulate your stroke. Do this for 10 or 20 minutes. Oh, and tell Jason Koss that Renee says 'hey' if you see him over there. Sending you good energy vibes. Be safe!
