Subject: What to Pack???
My first out of town race is next weekend (The Nation's Tri; Washington, DC) and I just realized that my bike + one  bag is leaving this Friday with TriBike Transport.  My problem is that I am drawing a complete blank on what all I should pack one week in advance to go to DC ahead of me...  I have looked at my little check list for help, but I keep thinking; what if i need this or that...

 Its hard enough packing for the weekend, let alone having to split is up in two different bags etc...

Question:  You can pack one bag that will arrive with your bike at race destination, but it must leave 1 week prior to your race... what all would you pack?

If you don't have another bike you'll be riding at home for the next week, i think you could probably throw your bike shoes, helmet, water bottles, etc. in the box.  Whatever you can live without for a week i would think.
