Subject: STOLEN- 2009 Orbea Ora- white/red
Approximately 3 weeks ago my orbea ora tri bike was stolen out of my garage in OB- as another tri club member was reunited with his bike through this website I thought I would send out a post- I have made a police report and have been searching craigslist and the like but have not seen it- If anyone sees it please let me know!

Can you give some info on custom features so we can identify it if we come across some scumbag trying to off it, I can see it has red speedplays.
Wheels?
Computer?
Seat?
Unique features or scratches?
Milage on computer?

Two years ago every piece of gear I owned was in my truck when it was stolen,except my bike.
Hopefully you will get it back soon!

white specialized bottle cages
black specialized speedzone bike computer with approx 2000 miles on it placed on the right profile design aero bar
red light action speedplay pedals
specialized saddle (I beleive its the avatar saddle) black and white with a blue S on the nose
I don't remember the tire type either Michellin or specialized
all else is factory grade- there is not even a single scratch on it as it was only ~ 6mths old!

wow that suxxxxxxxxxx! my daughter lives near you and she is out daily training for an IM...I will have her keep both eyes peeled for it! hope it shows up soon! will keep an eye here in the northern california area, too...GOOD LUCK!!

Also a good Idea is to follow up with local police often as you can, they may recover it and never notify you, just speaking from experience, a reward also may help because I doubt the person holding it will be able to sell it, its way to hot not to be noticed!

You might also try giving all of this info to the local bike shops in case the thief brings it in to "swap out some cool knobbies" or "put some btitchin' BMX pedals" on it.

I'll keep an eye out for it at Moment Cycle Sport.
