Signed up for Ironman Canada 2010

This past weekend I worked security at Ironman Canada (IMC) in order to get "front of the line" registration the next day. This is by far the most inspirational thing I've ever seen.  Watching people of all shapes and sizes complete on of the world's toughest events is really something. I watched the pros finish and it was funny, they looked liked they just gone for a training run. But to watch the AGs finish, one with only 25 seconds to spare was awesome. You just knew these people had gone through hell and were so happy to have done it, it instantly steeled my resolve to do this event.

I put a little M-dot logo (ironman guy) on my dashboard to remind myself when I'm driving around that every decision I make about food and when to work out is contributing to my IMC goal.
