Subject: Gym workouts It's not ideal, but some days it is not feasible for me to swim, bike or run. So I must make due with a regular gym workout. What machines or exercises do you do at your local gym? I always feel like a slacker on these days, but I am wondering if there are types of intervals/speed/resistance one can do on a bland cardio machine that will spice things up and leave me spent.
