Went back for one final test today...and here are my thoughts

Let me start out by saying they both ride great>>>

However, I
Liked the ride of the felt better but
Liked the cockpit of the cervelo better

This could be do to tires as far as the better ride quality, and could always switch the cockpit out but at that point maybe its not worth it.

Am I just splitting hairs here...

The coolest thing about the B12 in my book is the location of the rear brake calipers. When I first saw picture of the B12 I thought it didn't have a read brake. This is pretty unique IMO and sets is apart. I liked it so much, I bought the company. Uh...I mean I bought the bike.

If they feel equally well, I'd swap out what you need and buy the Felt. As the pp said, it just has that look to it (hidden rear brake, different shaped frame, hidden cables all in the toptube).

One thing I've been told about the hidden rear brake is that it gathers more road gunk. Not an issue if you take care of it though.
