How do you think the fit looks?  Any adjustment's or tweaks you think necessito?

I'm not an expert, but do you think you're stretched out a little?  Shouldn't your elbows be closer to a 90 degree angle?

Yup. Make that position a bit more compact.

Looks more like just a stem change to me, but I am no expert, either.

Seat forward, lower and shorter stem. Get more compact and lower at the same time. Double win.

Def agree that you need to get closer to 90 degrees. Although, from the looks of the pic your stem might already be quite short. If so, I'd look into shortening up the bars.
