Finding a triathlon coach

Hi everyone

I'm new to the board, but not to triathlons.  I am planning on signing up for my first ironman in a couple of months (IM FL 2010).  With my hectic schedule, I think I want to get a coach to help me train for my first.  I want to do it right and get to the finish line.  This is basically my one chance to do it before DH and I decide to start a family, so after this, it will be a few years.

So anywho, for my question.  Any tips on finding a coach that works for you?  What questions do you ask, what do you want to make sure they know about you?  What do you wish you had done differently?

Any tips would be very handy!
