Just thought I would share. Dana Farber Cancer Institute is now accepting applications for the 2010 Boston Marathon. I haven't read through the whole application, but I believe the minimum fund raising goal is $3,000. I was thinking of doing this, but will put it off for a couple of years.

I did it in 2009. It is a great way to run if you don't have a qualifying time. I ran for liver foundation. I live here in Boston and it was my 1st marathon. They were very supportive and had a lot of group runs which was nice for the commraderie on long runs and so you didn't have to carry hydration.
