Definitely worth ordering and watching, particularly if you have any long distance aspirations.  Rich did a great job with it!  Gives you a lot more insight into day in and day out what it takes to be ready for the big day.  I would highly recommend it.  I think there are 4 clips here and the site that give you a pretty good idea.
