Subject: Off-season swimming near Mill Creek/Snohomish Hi all, I'm considering joining a masters' team over the winter, but thought I'd check here first to see if there is anyone who trains without a team that could use another training "buddy." I'm looking for fairly challenging (100's in the 1:20 - 1:30 range ) pool workouts at least a couple of times a week and prefer early morning, but can be flexible with the time. I'm not a coach & don't have a predetermined workout schedule, but can share what seems to work for me and I'm willing to try any workouts that anyone wants to share. Dan |
