Subject: Not Starting the Year of Right
So by the subject of this thread I want you all to know, the racing season has not started all that great. My plan was to head to Chicago this weekend to run the Shamrock Shuffle. However, there were some people working registration that would not let my friend register me, so I am not making my annual trip to this race. This means that my goals for the year have been modified and I will need to find some different races to do instead. Bah...this blows, but I'm trying to get over it. Hope everything continues to go well for everyone else. Later.

thats too bad...keep the chin up.  the year is just getting going.  hell, my training hasnt exactly started right this year...

I think everyone is going to see more of this, not less.  I know the races I go to they want to see a driver's license along with the USAT card.  So there is no question about exactly who has signed up I guess.  Although it is still very easy to turn around and give your entry to someone else.  Keep in mind that if you are caught doing this you will probably be banned from USAT events.

Sorry it happened to you Cory, but it is something RDs just have to do.
