Oktoberfest?

I think I am doing the 5K. My costume arrived yesterday!!

The Das Hustlehoff?! oh yeah! I'm doing the 5k since I thought a 10k might be too uncomfortable in a Bavarian outfit   My lederhosen is clean and ready for the run. 

Hmmmm....  And the Rockies have a 1pm game against St Louis that day too.

Could be a good day to do the race, check out Oktoberfest and catch a game.  I don't have any lederhosen though...  Hmmm....

It's ok... it's also acceptable to dress as David Hasslehoff (aka. "The Hoff")  since the run is also a tribute to Germany's favorite actor/singer.  So you can always grab some red swim trunks and a lifeguard flotation device and go for it.

Unfortunately I won't be in costume.. but I look forward to maybe seeing some of you guys in yours!

My dog was the first 4 legged finisher for the 5k!  I'm pretty sure I held her back though, she even stopped for a potty break too.
