Nothing brilliant swim - things can olny get better with regular swimming

some mechanical problems with the bike - both brakes were rubbing so had to adjust and gears were skipping and something on the back wheel was rubbing

legs felt sluggish after last weeks hilly olympic and a lack if miles recently so more hills

More race specific training in the run up to a sprint event - 4'00"/km training and fast 5km runs
