Subject: What to work on in off season?
So I just finished my fourth sprint tri. I did 1:18, which I was very pleased with. I finished 34th out of 82, which is the first time I've finished in the top half of the field. My times and rankings were:

Swim              12:37                5th
Bike                38:14                33th
Run                27:42                61st

It's not too difficult to figure out where I need to put in the most work!! My question is whether I should drop a swim workout in order to do an extra run, during the off season? Realistically, I can only manage 6 workouts a week, and I've been doing 2 swim, 2 bike, and 2 run. By reducing my swimming to once per week, I don't think I would lose too much, and I'm sure I could gain a lot more by introducing a third run. What do you think?

2 swim
1 bike
2 run

1x bike/run brick

You can do the same amount of mileage on the bike as you would normally. You can do an extra run without sacrificing a bike or swim. You will still do 6x sessions a week.

Makes the most sense to me

You may want to consider looking at your threshold power on the bike and working on increasing that as well as getting faster in your running shoes. Having a higher FTP will allow you to execute the bike leg at an effort that still gets you good placement in the race but allows you to run off the bike well too.

I might suggest having a alternate 3 week block of run and bike focus so after 12 weeks you'll have 6 weeks of focused FTP increase workouts on the bike and 6 weeks of run speed increase focus.
