Subject: 70.3 training question
So now I think I want to do this next season.

About me, this year was my first of Tri's.  Running for 15 months.  25k in May, 2 Sprints this summer, OLY in August and Mary in 3 weeks.  My log is complete.

I really liked to 2x balanced OLY plan.  I did the 16 week plan almost to a tee, and had good success.  Any 2x3 programs for 6 a week for the 70.3 distance?

Does this sound like enough training if I push my long bike up to 55 miles or so by the end?  I will have plenty of run and swim base, just worried about the 56 mile bike leg.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Says the woman with no plan, who trains non-stop, and does a kick azz 70.3.

Some of us are not quite so gifted in 3 sports to pull off such a feat, nor so addicted to training as to get up at 5am to run on a whim.

Any normal, non-training addict have a suggestion?

Based on your logs---definitely going to need to step-up the bike!!  That said you have the running down!  No reason you can't to do a HIM next year.  Find a plan that you like and go for it---70.3 is a GREAT distance!!!
