Subject: Tune up race(10k) question I'm following Pfitz 18/55 plan. I would like to rearrange my week to race a local 10k Sat.
Mon-swim 1600
Tue-14m run+10m bike ride home ez
Wed-6m ez run
Thur-15m run w/12@MP (7mpm ).
Fri-rest or easy swim
Sat 10k.
Is racing the 10k so close to the 15 w/12@MP a bad idea?
