I use both kinds of PB, depending on my mood, and some recipes really need the junky stuff (PB chocolate-covered rice krispy treats, for instance -- YUCKO with natural!) while some work really well with natural peanut butter (a lot of cookies, for instance). I think you've just got to experiment. And I, like Possum, will generously volunteer to taste test any recipes you're not sure of. |
