Subject: RE: Endurance Nation training plans I have used them. They are heavier on intensity (especially the bike ) than the BT plans. They do not include any strength training or core work. In the off-season, they really focus on intensity over volume and don't include swimming. To get the most out of them, I think it helps to have a power meter for the bike. They generally fit into my life well and I like them, having used them specifically or as the general outline for much of my training the last few years. |
