Subject: New To Tri Rhode Island/ New England

Hi, I'm new to the tri world. I have been racing for a few years but not to long just doing 5K and half marrathons and copleted a few tri Sprints but nothing to major. My wife and I have been reading more and more about cross training. Just wanted to get a New post out there see what other people around New England are up to.
