Subject: RE: BT Beginner IM Plan-Taper I thought 4 weeks seemed like a very long time between the last long ride and the race when following the BT plan. It worked out fine for me though, when I used it for IMMoo. I was feeling kind of tired during middle 2 weeks and started to feel really fresh during race week.
