Winter Training, South Central PA

Give me a shout on your slow days.  It may be interesting to run with someone.  I do 6 mile runs a couple times a week but I'm slow... typically around a 10 min/mile, so I don't want to slow you down.  I have not really pushed speed much yet.  I'm just happy to be able to run that far.  I want to start increasing the distance so that I can comfortably run 13 miles by Spring.  My plan is to do a HIM in late 2010.

Oh, sorry.. I forgot to add that I'm in Dover.  I have two 6 mile loops I typically run but I like running different places to keep it interesting.  I just try not to run laps so it doesn't get too boring.

What time? I work on E. Market St by the outback, but if you wanted to run in the AM, I could be up for that. PM me.

one of the local road running clubs has a winter series.  i've done the 10 miler last year and might try to do more of the series this year.  i think it's like 20 bucks for 7 races.

I live south of Dillsburg, but work in New Cumberland. I wouldn't mind getting together with someone over the weekends or in the evenings to run or bike.
