Comments: First 500 yards i went pretty hard to get away from others. Got on some feet for most of the swim. I felt real comfortable the whole time. What would you do differently?: Got harder! Transition 1
Comments: Stumbled up the hill and almost fell. Short Transition so I had a hard time get my suit down before I got to my towel. What would you do differently?: Be faster Run
Comments: Started slow and picked up the pace. Having some stomach cramping at mile 1.5. Saw Brett, Wright, and Ovetta coming back. Finished hard. Past a few people and got passed by one guy. What would you do differently?: Not drink so much water before. Post race
Warm down: 1/2 mile jog, and some food. What limited your ability to perform faster: Stomach cramps. Event comments: Excellent low Key race in a beautiful setting! Last updated: 2005-05-25 12:00 AM

Ran about 1'2 a mile. Swam 500 yards.
