I've start tri-training and I've restarted my healthy eating regime (basically like weight watchers--you eat all the time, but healthy)...the only problem I'm finding is the more I exercise the LESS hungry I am. This has happened to me before. I start out following the program and after awhile I only want to eat yogurt, cereal, fruit...and I know I'm not getting enough calories to fascilitate weight loss and remain healthy. Has this happened to anyone else? Shouldn't I be more hungry? Any ideas?

If you don't maintain a proper intake, your body starts thinking that it is starving, so it starts storing what you eat and this can result in weight gain. I personally had this happen to me. The harder I work out the less I have an urge to eat, because I don't want to offset my hard work out by eating something that could have the possibility of setting me back. Just my 2 cents, someone else may have other experience that you can also benefit from.
