Comments: Used this as a long run opportunity. I ran out of gas at mile 9. I rode 42 miles hard on the bike Saturday and did not eat well. I have run faster in my training when I did 10 miles. What would you do differently?: Nothing. I did not want to waste a riding opportunity due to the Horrible 100 coming up. I also just wanted to make this a training run. I have a half marathon coming up on 12/5 and will tamper for this race. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Riding hard on Saturday, Did not have enough calories on Saturday, and was very warm. Event comments: Promised a BBQUE in the flyer but they did not have it. Last updated: 2009-10-27 12:00 AM
