That's awesome man...you're inspiring me.  As I'm at that 2 year ago mark right now.  Albeit it's because of fried knees more than anything....but still that's killer...sick time...I never ran that fast when I was in highschool...

great progress, amazing time on the mile!
Hows the golf game holding up?
I am guessing by the your screen name you golf. 
I got into tri's this summer, trained more than i ever have, golfed less but handicap didn't change!  But did drop my wieght by 20 lbs!!!

I am a PGA professional.

My 5 hours of golf practice from last year has shrunk to about 1 hour.
My 1 hour of training from last year has expanded to over 5 hours.

I only play in "A" tournaments.

Last year, one win and two second place finishes
This year one win and one second place finish
