Subject: Wind Trainer-got work-work out?
Just purchased a wind trainer to add to my ever growing list of work out equipment!! Damn it looks good in the cellar-now for some good hard work outs now that winter in upon us. Ideas?

It's just me, the radio, the fan, and a bunch of dish towels strategically placed to absorb the gallons of sweat. Bicycling.com has some workout ideas, and many people use Spinervals DVDs. I do mostly zone 2 workouts with an interval workout each week.

Go to the challenge forums and find Jorge's winter bike workout.  Prepare to sweat.  And then sweat.  And then sweat some more.  Towel over and under bike is great advice.

Order past seasons of some chick flick series, for the spouse.    that will keep her occupied while your spinning away..
