What would you do differently?: breath more effeciently Transition 1
Comments: my toe clips were too tight and had trouble getting into them. What would you do differently?: loosen toe clips before race, remember to bring gel with me Bike
Comments: best ride yet. What would you do differently?: get more comfortable with drinking on bike. bring gel on ride Transition 2
Comments: problems racking bike, dehydrated had to stop to drink water, forgot gel, had to run back to get it, running shoes to loose. What would you do differently?: plan gel intake better, tighten shoes Run
Comments: terrible first 2 miles, no energy. no gatorade on course. What would you do differently?: gel on bike, request gatorade be available on course. Post race
