Subject: Starting Over...AGAIN! Hi All,
Well, here we are 4+ years after my son's birth and I'm still not back to where I want to be fitness-wise! I've made a pact with a friend to do a sprint tri in June 2010 and am starting my training next Monday. I'm going to do the Balanced Spring 20 week program as our race is in early June. My plan is to attend Fit Camp at my local college 3 mornings a week (a combo of cardio, strength, and in general, kick military type workouts with tons of pushups, burpees, running, situps, etc. ). This will supplement my cardio if I don't get to every single run each week. I've done several triathlons but my last was in 2004 (Olympic Distance ) and I vow to make this one a good one!
