Subject: Where to find core 1 exercise

Hello everyone, I'm new to beginnertriathlete.com and am having a problem finding information on core exercises for the training plan I've selected.  I'm including an example of one of my strength training programs to illustrate my point (see highlighted area).

If I just knew what exercises were or where to go on the website, I would be in good shape.

Hi There.  I am sure there is more than one way to access the info, but this is how I get there:

On your training log page, cursor over "Current Plan Info."  Under Related Plan Details, click on Core Strength Info.  Scroll down to Core Training and click on #s 1-6.
