I'm needing new earbuds, and I am so glad I called Phil today at Customer Support instead of sending more e-mail. I got a chance to talk about my heavy usage and my concerns of wear and future supplies etc. There may be much more to say later, but he promised me some goodies. Let's just say it will more than alleviate my concerns of wear and tear. (I am by no means a champion swimmer, but I put a lot of miles on that thing!) Race day is gonna suck without tunes.... H2O Audio has great products and awesome support! -eric
