Subject: Infinite scoop?
Hi, sounds like a stupid question that you wouldn't think would be important, but today I received my Infinite, however I can't find a scoop anywhere! it's not in the bag of mix or the box...If there's no scoop what should i use as a replacement? tablespoon, ect...really!? they don't give you scoops.?..bummer

you should send them an email an let them know. I recieved a different size scoop for my run and bike formulas.

I have used it for 2 years and every scoop has varied in size.

I would call and they will send you the right scoop, they have great customer services.

I do think it is funny that I will buy the same mix twice but I get a differnt size scoop with each order. Shouldn't the scoop be the same since the servings are the same and the product is the same?

I recall that someone from Infinit posted once that they sometimes get their base ingrediends from different companies.  The different companies offer the product at varying strengths so sometimes you need a bigger scoop to be one serving and sometimes it is a smaller scoop.


I think I butchered the explanation but it should make sense.

On some of my orders the scoop is literally buried down to the bottom. Did you dump it all out and check to see if its waaayyy down there?

I didn't do that...I guess have to dump it into a bowl and dump it back into the bag...knowing how graceful I am, probably not going to be too pretty!

The scoup is probably in the bag.  If it is not they are very responsive and will send you out a new one if you email them.  They are probably the most customer friendly company I have ever worked with.  Now if we could only get them to sell tires and shoes at a decent price 8).
