Comments: My legs were not fully recovered from the workouts from the previous week. The first mile was a little fast, but adjusted after that. I was second, behind a team individual. What would you do differently?: Slow up a little on the first mile. Transition 1
Comments: Jeff Sparks said I was slow in comparison to the 2nd place indivual that came in. Bike
Comments: My legs were pretty tired after the 5K run. They seemed to lack power on the hills. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 2
Comments: Better transition Run
Comments: Good run. It hurt, but not as bad as last year. I was surprised at how fast I was running considering the pain I was in. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Jogged about 1 mile What limited your ability to perform faster: Not fully recovered to race Event comments: This is the last race before the Pacific Crest 1/2 Ironman in two weeks. This really begins my taper period. I had the fastest time today, including teams and individuals. I'm pleased with my conditioning. Last updated: 2005-06-11 12:00 AM
