The rest/night club I ran security at sponsored our whole fight team. We would get free meals after weigh-ins and big discounts after the fights.

For the other person asking the question...I would hit up some local places around your area and se what they can do for you.  They can write it all off and tell them you will bring family for dinner the night before the race(maybe they can give your team members a free meal), and see about an "after race" party at their place.  Even though it might be on a weekend, maybe they can reserve a place for your team and family.  Every little bit you can get for free helps

That is very cool.  I don't know why companies don't get on the fitness bandwagon, especially with medical costs rising so fast for their employees.  Less heart meds, diabetes and obesity-related problems means more savings for them!
