Big Sale. http://www.neuvationcycling.com/wheels.html

No, I don't work for Neuvation, no I'm not compensated.  I just am a fan of their wheels, and they're almost half price, thought I'd share.

Carry on....

$69 for the front and $79 for the rear at performance for the Titan wheels, which I think are pretty much the same as the neuvations (if I've read past discussions correctly). I picked up a front to replace a totaled Mavic Ksyrium.

If Neuvation wheels are always on sale, are they ever on sale?

A Titan can't replace a Ksyrium...

wow...bought the aero3's 2 yrs ago and I paid list.

At $89 each they are worth it...at list they were not.  Sorry.  But today's pricing is great!

Don't know if Titans are same as Neuvations M-series, but my R28aero4's can & do replace my Ksyrium SSC SL's.  I own both, so no axe to grind.  But the Neuvations are just faster (more aero) & better riding.  My R28aero4's are my event wheels & the SSC SLs pretty much collect dust in my basement.  Should have sold the SLs a couple years ago for more $$ before the newer model came out.

BTW- I also have Ksyrium Equipe's (came stock on a Tarmac), & Neuvation is a FAR superior wheel to that.  Had to have those Eq's retrued 3x in 1st 750mi while Neuvations have been bullet-proof for 2700+mi so far (inc several miles of detours over BAD gravel roads with holes where FS MTB would have been right at home).

And don't get me started on the silly plastic-bushing design of the Mavic freehub...

This sale seems to have been going on since I started looking for new wheels about 6 months ago I think...  I could be wrong about all the prices.  BUT I was going to get a set of the M28 and look like I missed the boat.  Rears are sold out (the SL's).

Any recomendations?  I was looking for a light, but strong due to my size, training wheel...  That's why I had the M28 SL in my sights.

I got a set of the M28 SL's (front/rear) this past xmas.  I haven't ridden with them quite enough yet, but I absolutely loved every time I've been able to.

Easily the best bang for your buck.

Prices looks about the same as usual, bought a set of the Aero4's a few months ago and the price is still the same.  IMO, real discounts on their wheels can be had when the 2010 line comes in.  Seen some real deals on leftover stock before.  Otherwise they use the whole "we're slashing prices" marketing year round IMO with list prices slashed over with the sell prices in red.

I'm a real fan of their wheels, my Aero4's have been a joy to roll around on.  May try one of their saddles at some point as well since they have a policy that you can try it and return, exchange, get a refund etc.

Aero3 or Aero4 would be good choices IMO.  At present I train and race on the Aero4s.

I've been doing an exhaustive search for inexpensive wheels the last couple weeks (to replace the Alex DA22s on my entry level bike). The two finalists were M28s and Titans.

I just bought the Titans this morning. From what I've read, the M28s might be slightly better wheels, but I couldn't justify the $85 difference in price between the wheelsets.

The 2010 Neuvation aero wheels will be in stock soon, so folks may want to keep an eye on their site. I assume the 2009 M28s will be discounted when that happens.
