Extreme Veteran  523  Brambleton, VA |  Subject: Wildlife (sort-of)Felt compelled to share : Saw an elephant on my ride today; ran over a large snake (usually they are dead); and saw a large white 18" owl standing in the middle of the road (?!). Not too sure what was going on today, but the wildlife was out in force. |

Why did you steal my quote  That is pretty cool, I have seen a bunch of deer while running, and Elk while riding, maybe some wild turkey's and Quail, but no elephants! pretty neat |

Pro 4360 Baton Rouge area | Subject: RE: Wildlife (sort-of) Worst I had, one night ride. Ended up chasing down a coyote, then almost ran over a black cat, then had an armadillo run in front of me. Manage to hit him with my rear tire only. Bought a trainer the next week. Also have almost hit an owl and a fox. So far no alligators! |

Mind you, that camel resided in Southern Ontario! LOL I've seen elk, deer, pronghorn, coyotes, bears, lots of cool birds of prey, but an ELEPHANT! That would be cool! |
