Comments: Used 3 10s technique: 10M warm-up, 10M work out, 10K race. It helped stay strong in the last 10K (passed many boys).Slowed down in the last mile. Maybe pushed too early. What would you do differently?: Get more sleep. Post race

Age Group Rank = 1/14
Drove to Utah on Friday. Had pasta dinner at 4:30. Drank tons of gatorade. Got to bed in hotel at 12am. Got up at 4:30, had juny doughnuts and coffee, more gatorade. Registered at 5:30. Had a gel 10 min before the race. Started at 6am.
Just a little running in place and jumping - 2 min.
